Our unique product is the Patient Initial Assessment Card.  This assessment card is especially useful for the inpatient nurse.  The Patient Initial Assessment Card was developed by a nurse.

The Patient Initial Assessment Card allows caregivers, who must communicate with patients who speak a different language from their own to assess the immediate healthcare needs of their patient without having to speak the same language.

Patient Translation Tools is an evolving company.  Additional Assessment Cards are being developed for healthcare professionals who provide care in different medical environments such as outpatient services, ER triage, etc.

Patient Translation Tools does not take the place of a professional medical interpreter.  It is designed to help the nurse quickly assess the well-being and healthcare needs of the patient prior to interpreter services that may not be available immediately.
